Good Morning Warriors!

AP students: Please attend the 2019 AP Pre-registration session on January 31st during 7th period in the auditorium. Information on how to register for AP exams will be presented in this session. If you can’t attend, see Ms. Golub or Mrs. Maddox in the counseling office.

Attention Freshman! Don’t forget about Cocoa and Cram! Go to Mrs. Bauer’s Room 109 during your lunch and get help studying for finals or making up missing work before the end of the semester. Free warm drinks will be provided. Cocoa and Cram is still happening today and Tuesday!

Everyone will get their 2nd semester class schedule in your second period class today. If you want to make a schedule change go to the LHS website and fill out the google form. Schedule changes will be open from Friday January 18th through Friday February 1st.

Please return the textbooks you will not be using next semester. Start the semester off with a clean slate. Return all late library books and get those fines cleared up. Remember 2 cans of food will work to clear up late fees only.

Winter Formal is this Saturday and tickets are on sale now for $15 per person or $25 per couple if you buy them in advance at the finance window, if you buy tickets at the door they will be $25 per person so get them before the end of lunchtime. All of the Dance Guest request forms have been processed so if you turned one in you can now go to the finance office to get your tickets. It’s Spirit Week with today as generations day and Friday will be western day.

Students planning to attend the Sources of Strength Training on January 25th need to have their permission slips turned in by 3pm this Friday, January 18th. Any questions? Stop by the Counseling Center.

The LHS Musical Theater Class presents Dreamworks Madagascar A Musical Adventure! Join them in the LHS Auditorium with a cost of $7 for adults, $5 for students. Show times are tonight and Friday at 7pm, and Saturday at 1pm. Doors open a half an hour before show time and you can buy tickets at the door.

Have you thought about becoming a teacher someday? Be a teacher cadet at a local elementary or middle school next semester and check out the profession. If you are interested in being a teacher cadet next semester, talk to your counselor now.

The first local scholarship application is now available in the College and Career Center. The Lebanon Schools Foundation scholarship is one application for over 20 scholarships! All students planning on continuing their education next year at any community college, trade school or university should apply! Please see Mrs. Eilers for details.

Friday: Good luck to wrestling at home today, our wrestling team is currently ranked 7th in state, to boys and girls basketball both playing at Crescent Valley tonight. Our warrior girls are currently ranked 5th in state! Good luck to cheer at the Newberg competition on Saturday. Go Warriors!
