Good Morning Warriors!

Students: If you received a purple piece of paper this week inviting you to an event here at LHS next week, make sure you turn in the bottom portion to Mrs. Eilers in the College and Career Center by this Friday at 3pm. Don’t miss out on this incredible event you were chosen for! It’s going to be amazing and life changing!

Attention students that drive: If you’re not an ASB officer you are not allowed to park in ASB parking and you will be asked to move.

The Glow Dance is this Friday after the home football game and the game is a glow out so make sure to wear your neon. Glow Dance Shirts will be on sale today during lunch time for $5. If you have an ASB sticker you will get into the game and dance for free and if not the game will cost $4 and the dance $5.

No students will be allowed on the church property at the corner of 7th and F Streets due to students leaving trash, smoking, and being rude. There is a No Trespass Order through LPD in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and this includes parking. If you have questions please see Officer Dominy.

Interested in traveling to the Florida Everglades on a science trip? Then come to the parent meeting tonight Thursday, September 21 at 6 PM in Mr. Eberhart‘s room 714. Don’t think you or a parent can make it, stop by Mr. Eberhart‘s room for a flyer.

Hey ladies it’s time for Powder Puff football sign ups! If you want to play on your classes team go to the wall outside of room 109 to sign up. The last day to sign up is this Friday, Sept 21st. The Powderpuff games will be held on Wednesday of Homecoming week which is the first week of October. If you are planning to take a guest to the Homecoming dance that is not an LHS student you will need to fill out a dance guest request form that you can find on the shelves in the main office.

Seniors: The FREE School Day SAT is coming up on October 10th. Lebanon School District offers this test for free for Seniors on this date only. Even if you have already taken the test, you can improve your score. And remember…it is a regular school day so if you don’t sign up, you still need to come to school. If you want to take this test, you must sign up in the College and Career Center! There are a limited number of spots available, so don’t delay! Sign up today!

National Manufacturing Day, October 5th, will be here before we know it! This is an opportunity for 20 Junior and Senior Students to tour our local manufacturing industry, have lunch at LBCC, tour the new LBCC CTE classrooms, hear from students currently enrolled at LBCC, learn about National CTE Signing Day and so much more! If you are interested in taking advantage of this great opportunity sign up in the main office by Friday. Space is limited so don’t delay!

Juniors and Seniors: George Fox University will be here today during 4th period for a college rep visit. College rep visits are a great opportunity to learn about colleges and universities and ask questions to see if they are a right fit for you. If you would like to attend a college visit, please get a pass from your teacher during the class period the visit occurs. Students without passes will not be admitted to the visit. To see all future visits that are scheduled, check out the bulletin board in the College and Career hall between the library and the 100 hall.

PULSE stands for Peers United Lending Support and Encouragement and they are looking for student mentors, freshmen through senior, who want to make a difference here at the high school. Get an application from the Counseling Center and return it to the Counseling Center by the end of the day on Friday.

Good luck to boys soccer playing at home today and to the volleyball teams playing at home today against Dallas. Come on out and support your warrior teams, the volleyball players will be throwing out swag to the fans at their game!
