LHS Summer School 2022
We will have one 3-week summer school session this year, below are the dates.
June 21-23 (revised)
Schedule: Breakfast at 8:45 am, School 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Lunch 12:00 pm
School focus will be making up incomplete classes from Semester 2 at LHS and recovering credit from core classes (Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies) that have been failed at any time during LHS career. There will be no classes for positive credit or for non-core classes.
Counselors will be contacting students and families directly if they need to attend summer school.
Other Summer Opportunities
LBCC Summer Camps are back. With funding through local school districts they are also again free to students in Linn and Benton Counties. LBCC Summer Camps include options for any student 6th-12th grade. These include camps focusing on STEM (Rocketry, Chemistry, Cyber Camp), The Arts (Crafting, Dance, Journalism), social connections (Get me out of the house, Sports camps, Outdoor game), Career technical camps (Welding, Culinary, Machine Tool, Non-Destructive Testing), Online only camps (Old time Crime, Steampunk canvas art, Teen Webcomics writing & drawing), and so much more. We are offering over 70 camps this year during the month of July and hope you choose to be part of it.
