Please fill out the transcript request form below and allow 3 school days (during regular school year) to complete your request.
The LHS office will be closed from 6/28 – 8/4. If you urgently need a transcript during these dates, please fill out the attached form and send it in by email. We stop in the office a couple times during July to take care of transcript requests. Please do not mail your request as we do not get our summer mail until the week of August 5th.
Please note we do not save diplomas. The diploma you get at graduation is the one and only copy made. An official transcript is usually sufficient if you need to prove high school graduation.
