Your diploma, Semester 2 report card, final printed transcript & immunization record will be available for pick-up the morning after graduation in the office. Keep all of these documents with your very important documents. There may be times in your adult life you will need your diploma, transcript and immunizations for school, work, or travel.

Final High School Transcripts

Are you going to college next year? If so, please let the LHS Registrar know which school you will be attending. Four-year colleges need to have a final high school transcript on file that proves you graduated from high school. Once you graduate, I mail official transcripts directly to the college admissions offices.  Community Colleges such as LBCC, Chemeketa, and Lane do not require high school transcripts. But it's always a good idea to check and see what your college admissions office requires upon high school graduation just to make sure.

If you will be going into the military, please let me know which branch - Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, etc. Your recruiter may request a transcript with your graduation date or a copy of your diploma. Be sure to request a transcript for your recruiter, if needed.

Are you playing an NCAA or NAIA sport in College? Please let me know that as well. I will need to upload your transcript to the online portal.

School email/google accounts

Your school email will only work until around mid-July. Here are directions to move files from your school Google account to your personal account, if you are interested. If you have your resume or cover letter saved on your school account, I recommend copying it over to another account. Here's a link on how to do that.

Oregon Promise/FAFSA deadline is June 1, 2024.

Apply to Oregon Promise and FAFSA by June 1, 2024 in order to qualify for this opportunity. Remember this is a two-step process. 1. Apply to Oregon Promise, 2. Apply to FAFSA. Both you and your parents need to fill out the FAFSA. Oregon Promise requires a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.

  • LBCC College Now Credits

Have you earned LBCC COLLEGE NOW credit in high school? Here’s how to transfer your COLLEGE NOW credits to your college. If you will be going to LBCC next year then your credits will automatically be in your account.

    https://www.linnbenton.edu/about-lbcc/departments-and-contacts/request-documents/outgoing-transcripts.php

To order an Official LBCC transcript ($5 first copy, $1 additional copies, whether official or unofficial), you have three options:

1       Go to the National Student Clearinghouse’s page at:

    tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select – choose Linn-Benton Community

College (this is the easiest way to do it online and the one I personally like best)

2       LBCC Log in to WebRunner, click on “Student” menu, click on “Student Records,” select "Order Official Transcript/Verify Enrollment", and click on the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) link.

3       Ready within 5-7 business days

Fill out the Transcript Request form completely, sign it, and deliver it one of

    the following ways:

    Email (fastest): transcripts@linnbenton.edu

In Person: Deliver the completed form to the Albany campus in Takena Hall, or
take it to one of our centers.

    By Mail:
    Linn-Benton Community College
    Attn: Transcripts
    6500 Pacific Blvd. SW
    Albany, Oregon 97321

If you are in a College Now class this semester, be sure to check the box “Hold for Current Term Grades”. For example, you are in AP Literature or AP Govt 2nd semester and you want to make sure that College Now grade gets posted on your LBCC transcript before it gets sent to OSU. Those grades will get transcripted the week of June 17th, as that is the end of spring term for LBCC. I recommend waiting to send your LBCC transcript until at least June 20th to make sure all credits have been posted.
